Description

The Iberico shoulder hams, smaller than the leg hams (average 4 to 5.5kg), are an exquisite product with an outstanding aroma and delicate flavour.

The Iberico shoulder hams are more bony and the meat is more juicy, due to its higher fat infiltration; the taste, delicious!

Cured for 18 to 24 months in our cellars in Jabugo under the care of our Ham Master (“Maestro Jamonero”).

Nutritious value: Rich in proteins, phosphorous, calcium, iron and Vitamins B1 and B2.
